This week I ordered the master cylinder so with in seven to ten days it should be here.
Thank god!! This weekend we pulled the heater box and cleaned up the passenger side fender well, painted and installed. Also we cleaned up that side of the engine block and manifold. I took out the horns and clean them and the surrounding area and painted it flat black (barbecue paint). Next work day we will probably disassemble and clean the driver side breaks and suspension and try and clean and paint the firewall and driver side fender well. Every week that we get to work on this car its becoming closer and closer to be ready to drive.

Today is Sunday and nothing has been done this week due to John's grandmother going to the hospital. Please keep her, John and family in your prayers. We will be resuming next weekend. Also i sold my guitar and amp today and i made a few bucks over the weekend for recycling old car parts. So now i can get that master cylinder i've been waiting to buy. That was one of the biggest things holding me back. Thank god that's one big step forward....well, when i get it at lease. The next big money item will be the inner and outter tie rod ends. Untill next week take care and pray for john's family.

Yesterday went well, John and I tore apart the front passenger side suspension. We drop the A frame, removed and disassembled the drum brakes cleaned and painted. oh yeah the paint, we use flat black rust-oleum for barbecues. It was cheap and it can withstand heat up to 1000 degrees(perfect for that area of the car). We found out that I'm gonna need inner and outer tie end rods for both sides of the car. Next weekend we will disassemble the front driver side, clean and paint. Updated photos should come next week so you can see the before and after product. Feel free to leave comments or give suggestions. If you do not know, this car is going to be navy themed. I could use suggestion on anything you think that would be cool and flow with the theme. hope to hear from ya.
Till next week. REMEMBER PEARL HARBOR!!!
